Ways We Can Communicate
We believe that children benefit from seeing their parents and teachers working together to help them achieve success. In order to do so, we must have open lines of communication. If you would like to get in touch with us during the school year, there are a few ways to do so. Depending on the situation, you may choose any of the options below.
1.) Send a hand-written note in with your child.
He/she should hand the note to one of us first thing in the morning. This is helpful for doctor/dentist appointments, comments about homework from the previous evening, or any other information that you feel does not need a reply from us.
2.) Email [email protected].
[email protected]
Email is a great way to get in touch with us, especially since we can usually access it at times during the school day. This can be used in place of the hand-written note for the above scenarios, or you can email us if you have any questions/comments about other various situations. One request we have, however, is that we don't try to do any problem-solving over email. If there is an issue that needs some attention, our hope is that you will email us to set up a time for to have a conversation on the phone or in person.
3.) Phone--You can call our room at 781.455.0461 ext. 16
During the school day, you will obviously not be able to reach us by phone, but you can always leave a message. If you would like to call before or after school to have a discussion, feel free to do so. If you need to leave a message, please let us know the best time to reach you.
